3rd ANNUAL SMOKE & SUNSHINE: LIVE FIRE COOKING FESTIVAL

from $99.00
sold out

Smoke & Sunshine is back for another live-fire symphony! This is our biggest event of the year, A Craft Barbecue Meat Up, and we are hitting South Florida with that sauce. This event is hosted by Robert Jacob Lerma and our very own Pitmaster, Chef Rick Mace!

Going Beyond BBQ, this year we are expanding the event to include some of the most talented Chef’s today. We have Chef Paul Qui of FAM Hospitality Group, Tavel Bristol-Joseph of Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, and South Florida’s own Chef Nando Chang of Itamae and Maty’s.

Tropical Smokehouse is teaming up with BBQ maestros such as:
Hector Garate (Palmira, SC)
Shuai Wang (King BBQ, SC)
Ernest Servantes (Burnt Bean Co., TX)
Brandon Hurtado (Hurtado BBQ, TX)
Jordan Wright (Wright’s BBQ, AL)
Nick Dampf (Dampf Good BBQ, NC)
Christopher Prieto (Prime BBQ, NC)

*The line up always changes a little bit, but the key takeaway: it’s going to be a smokeshow.

This event is a walk-around event. There is going to be live music, drinks, and some of the best food to grace the Sunshine State.

This year’s Smoke & Sunshine event benefits NAMI - National Alliance on Mental Illness. All proceeds will aid in the support of raising awareness for mental health issues in the hospitality industry.
