"The summer is an incredible time for us to plan, connect, and collaborate on exciting projects that bring joy to our neighbors and community... This originally started as just a hot sauce and sandwich collaboration between Celis & Tropical nearly 4 years ago. Celis now actually maintains the Tropical Smokehouse Sammy on their menu year-round," said Rick Mace, Owner/Partner @ Tropical Smokehouse.
The Smokehouse Sammy is sold at Celis locations currently. It features the Mango-Habanero Hot Sauce, Tropical Smokehouse Chicken Chorizo, Eggs, and Cheddar Cheese on an Aioli Brioche Bun.
Mace & Celis continue to work with other local partners in our community. "Ricky Perez from Zipitios will be back again this year. We also have Buccan Sandwich Shop joining us at the cookout. It's going to be a great time."
Tropical Smokehouse will be manning the pits, smoking whole hog bbq and other smoked specialties in collaboration with the group of chefs and restaurants participating.

Street Parking or the Parking Lot.
